It was a good run, but Henry County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins by a score of 6-4.

Levi Peale was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one run. Ryder Stevens was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Henry County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Henry County and Father McGivney Catholic will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Patriots will challenge rival Dickson County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Father McGivney Catholic is set to take on their familiar foe Marquette Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
