Northeastern had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Jac-Cen-Del Eagles, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted since August 31, 2024.

Northeastern wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Hauser on the 16th. As for Jac-Cen-Del, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Southwestern on the 16th.
