 Reed Craner was a  major factor no matter where he played. He  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out eight over 4.2 innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in May of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances with three  stolen bases, two  RBI,  and one  run. He has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.
 In other batting news, Palmer let  Tristan Barrey and  Colton Drummond run wild. Barrey  earned two  RBI, one  run,  and two  stolen bases, while  Drummond  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases and two  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Wyatt Beal, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  run.
North Pole is  on  a  four-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Coming up, Palmer is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will  take on  Wasilla  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Moose's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 8.4  runs per game this season. As for North Pole, they will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hutchison at 6:00  p.m.  on  the 29th.
