A big part of Crismon's win came down to the chemistry between Carlee Morse and her top target Reylynn Lazarin. Morse threw for 284 yards and eight TDs while picking up 11.4 yards per attempt while Lazarin picked up 165 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Thanks to that big game, Morse is now up to 42 passing touchdowns on the season. Another player making a difference was Avery Kakar, who picked up 70 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
Crismon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off six passes before the game was over. Brayah Andree and Lazarin were the leaders of the group effort as each produced two apiece. Skylar DaCosta got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Coconino came up short against Flagstaff two weeks ago and fell 23-10.
Coconino's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Crismon, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.
