Fort Bend Austin was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Sydney Mccoy and
Isabella Hamlin-segura, who scored all three of Fort Bend Austin's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 16 so far this season.
Fort Bend Austin's victory bumped their record up to 6-4-1. As for Fort Bend Bush, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9-2.
Fort Bend Austin will be playing at home against Fort Bend Hightower at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Fort Bend Hightower's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Fort Bend Bush, they will head out on the road to face off against Fort Bend Travis at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Fort Bend Bush is facing Fort Bend Travis at the right time seeing as Fort Bend Travis is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
