 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Rockdale County  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 17  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  hit at least 15  hits in three consecutive  matches.
 Meanwhile, Heritage was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight  defeat. They fell just short of Newton by a score of  9-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  loss the Patriots have suffered  since August 1st.
 Rockdale County now  has a winning record of 6-5. As for Heritage, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
