In what's become a running theme this season, the Imagine Prep Storm gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They really took it to Glenview College Prep for the full four quarters, racking up a 93-7 victory at home. Imagine Prep's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Leading Imagine Prep to victory were Aaliyah Chacon and Bella Ernsberger. Chacon almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine steals, while Ernsberger dropped a double-double on 36 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ernsberger has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jaiona Allen, who scored 12 points along with six steals and five assists.
Imagine Prep pushed their record up to 11-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points per game. As for Glenview College Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
Imagine Prep has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Ridgeline Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 15th. Imagine Prep has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Glenview College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
