Abilene Solis posted a new career-high in blocks on Tuesday. She had 16 kills, 14 digs, three blocks, and two aces. She has been hot, having posted eight or more kills the last six times she's played.

Looking ahead, Solis and El Dorado will be playing in front of their home fans against Del Valle at 6:40 p.m. on Friday. The Aztecs are 9-1 against the Conquistadores going back to September of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
