After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodsville, Profile was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Groveton Eagles a 4-0 shutout. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 14-6 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Profile is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Groveton, they moved to 10-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Profile will be playing at home against Colebrook Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Groveton, they will head out on the road to face off against Lisbon at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
