Cambridge Christian won the last time they faced Bell Creek Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. Cambridge Christian was the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over Bell Creek Academy. Considering the Lancers have won seven matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Zachary Uhl tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Braiden Price was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Alex Quintero, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-3.

Cambridge Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bell Creek Academy only posted an OBP of .250.

Cambridge Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Bell Creek Academy, they dropped their record down to 4-11-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Cambridge Christian will welcome Butler at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Bell Creek Academy, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-0 victory against Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate on the 28th.
