The Glendora Tartans lost against the Colony Titans back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Glendora was just a hair shy of victory and fell 22-21 to Colony.
Glendora's loss came despite strong showings from Timothy Johnson and Eric Najarro. Johnson picked up 83 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Najarro threw for 186 yards and two touchdowns on only 17 passes.
Glendora's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Colony, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.
Glendora will head out on the road to face off against Huntington Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colony, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Western at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Western's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last nine contests.
