Central Woodstock gave up the first  runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They walked away with  a   13-10  win over the Skyline Hawks. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered  an  11-9  loss the last time these two teams met.

 Stanley wasn't the only one working in the  hit department: Central Woodstock  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Skyline only managed ten  hits.

 Looking ahead,  it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Central Woodstock Falcons  face off against  Clarke County Eagles at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. This will  be Central Woodstock's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Skyline, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Brentsville District  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Brentsville District's pitching crew has only allowed three  runs per game  this season, so Skyline's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
