Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North White). They walked away with a 49-42 victory over the Twin Lakes Indians on Thursday. The Vikings didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

North White's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ella Hunt, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Hunt a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Autumn Reif, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 14 points and five rebounds.

North White was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Twin Lakes only posted seven assists.

Despite the loss, Twin Lakes had strong showings from Addyson Hines, who posted 11 points in addition to eight boards and three steals, and Taylor Oliver, who had 17 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Crickette Draghici was another key player, putting up two points and seven boards.

North White is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-12 record this season. As for Twin Lakes, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-15.

North White will face off against DeMotte Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Twin Lakes, they will challenge Culver Academies at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
