The Crothersville Tigers suffered their biggest defeat since December 9, 2023 on Saturday. They suffered a tough 59-33 defeat at the hands of White River Valley. Crothersville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Crothersville still got an impressive performance from Adam Turner, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Tymir Cromwell, who scored eight points.
Crothersville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for White River Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crothersville will square off against Medora at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Medora focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Saturday. As for White River Valley, they will head out on the road to take on Shakamak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
