Soccer Recap: Mars Hill Bible's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Mars Hill Bible had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Brooks Lions 3-0. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

Carter Heupel and Dylan Blackburn scored all three of Mars Hill Bible's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Mars Hill Bible's win bumped their record up to 7-5-3. As for Brooks, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mars Hill Bible will square off against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brooks will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on East Limestone at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st.
