On Wednesday, the Brooke Point Black Hawks's game was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Colonial Forge by a score of 58-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Brooke Point.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brooke Point to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tj Wilkerson, who scored 14 points. Yanis Youbi was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with 13 rebounds.
Colonial Forge lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Khalil Hodge, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Natchia, who scored eight points.
The victory got Brooke Point back to even at 7-7. As for Colonial Forge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-5.
Brooke Point is on the road again on Friday and play against Riverbend at 7:00 p.m. on January 12th. As for Colonial Forge, they will face off against King George at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
