North Haven entered their tilt with Sacred Heart Academy on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over Sacred Heart Academy. The Nighthawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Sacred Heart Academy, too.

Alyssa Ferriouolo was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That stolen base marked the first that she has snagged this season. Lexi Cervero was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.

North Haven pushed their record up to 7-13 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Sacred Heart Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Coming up, North Haven will face off against East Haven at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Sacred Heart Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
