After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Orland, the Los Molinos Bulldogs were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 49-38 victory over Quincy. This was payback for Los Molinos, who suffered a 69-61 loss the last time these two teams met.
Karson Fox was his usual excellent self, scoring eight points along with 15 rebounds and five steals. He hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for nine straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Alcazar, who scored 13 points.
Los Molinos now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Quincy, they have fallen quite a ways from their 21-5 record last season and are now at 4-11.
Los Molinos and Redding Christian will face off at 11:30 a.m. on January 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Quincy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Central Valley at 10:00 a.m. on January 6th.
