After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mehlville, Affton was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the University City Lions with a sharp 6-1 win. Considering Affton have won four matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Affton's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for University City, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Affton will square off against Valley Park at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Affton are facing Valley Park at the right time seeing as Valley Park are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for University City, they will challenge Pattonville at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
