After flying high against West Jefferson on Wednesday, South Plaquemines came back down to earth. The South Plaquemines Hurricanes fell just short of the A.J. Ellender Patriots by a score of 7-6 on Thursday. The Hurricanes' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
