The Letchworth Indians scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged Mount Morris out 69-66. The victory was just what Letchworth needed coming off of a 64-43 defeat in their prior game.
Mount Morris lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bryson Constantino, who scored 24 points. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Luis Crespo-Toledo, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Letchworth's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Mount Morris, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Letchworth will take on Caledonia-Mumford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Morris, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Pavilion at 7:00 p.m. on January 12th. Pavilion is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
