Manassas is 0-8 against Booker T. Washington since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Manassas Tigers will be playing at home against the Booker T. Washington Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Manassas is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
Last Tuesday, Manassas had to suffer through a rough 56-25 loss at the hands of Middle College. Manassas was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-10.
Meanwhile, Booker T. Washington came up short against Hamilton on Thursday and fell 42-35.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from LeAnna Carpenter, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cariyonna Banks, who scored six points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Manassas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.
Manassas was dealt a bruising 59-24 defeat at the hands of Booker T. Washington in their previous meeting back in February of 2020. Can Manassas avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
