Milton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luke Nickel, who threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards. CJ Wiley was Nickel's top target, picking up 136 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Milton's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB seven times. Blessed Trinity's QB won't forget Billy Weivoda anytime soon given he sacked him 3.5 times. Weivoda also set a new season high mark in total tackles with eight. Another thorn in Blessed Trinity's side was AJ Benton, who picked up a sack and made nine total tackles (2.5 for loss).
Chattahoochee pushed their record up to 4-0 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Milton, their record now sits at 4-0.
