Basketball Recap: Ransom Everglades Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Ransom Everglades won the last time they faced Divine Savior Academy, and Nica Rosenberg did her part to make sure it happened again. The Ransom Everglades Raiders really took it to the Divine Savior Academy Sharks for the full four quarters, racking up a 72-11 victory thanks in part to Rosenberg, who went 8 of 12 on her way to 17 points along with seven steals and six rebounds. That's the most boards she has posted since back in January of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Holly Clement, who went 7 for 14 en route to 15 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played.

Several Sharks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Claudia Cardenas, who posted two points and seven rebounds.

Ransom Everglades is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points per game. As for Divine Savior Academy, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Ransom Everglades has already played their next game, a 56-43 win against Coral Shores on the 30th. As for Divine Savior Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 55-28 defeat against Immaculata-La Salle on the 30th.
