Soccer Recap: Lamar Gets the Win

It was close, but on Monday the Lamar Texans sidestepped the Deer Park Deer for a 3-2 win.

Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Lamar didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against New Braunfels on the 1st. As for Deer Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Tomball Memorial on the 2nd.
