Santa Paula will head out to square off against Bishop Diego at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Santa Paula is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.7 runs per game this season.
Santa Paula will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Fillmore on Friday. The Cardinals never let the Flashes get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by ten runs or more this season.
Santa Paula got a great performance from Ayla Rodriguez as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Rodriguez has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in eight consecutive appearances.
