Minico came out on top against Marsh Valley on Tuesday thanks in part to Noah Rich's efforts. Rich got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one double, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also allowed a hit, which is notable because Minico is 2-1 when he allows at most three hits, but 4-5 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Rich and Minico will be playing at home against Burley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Thanks in part to Rich's efforts, the Spartans will roll in on a three-game winning streak.
