After having lost a blowout to Joliet in their previous game, Belt was happy to find some success on Saturday. Belt were fully in charge, breezing past Box Elder 60-14. That result is just more of the same for Belt, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win got Belt back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped Box Elder's record to 0-2.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Belt take on Great Falls Central/Montana School for the Deaf & Blind . Belt continues their travels as they hit the road for the second straight contest. Box Elder have some extra time to regroup and restrategize before their next contest, which is against Hays-Lodge Pole at 1:00 PM in two weeks.
