After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Manteo, Perquimans was happy to have turned things around  on Friday. They managed  a  19-14 win over the Camden County Bruins. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their third consecutive  victory against them.
 A big part of Perquimans'  win came down to the chemistry between  Dendrae Riddick and his top target  Evan Conway. Riddick picked up 50 receiving yards and one  score while  Conway picked up 102 receiving yards and one  touchdown. Conway's longest reception was for an incredible 72 yards.
 Although Camden County took the loss, they still got scores from  Javon Riddick and  Gabriel Norman.

The  victory  got Perquimans back to even at 4-4. As for Camden County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
 Coming up, Perquimans will face off against Holmes at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Pirates will need to watch out since the Aces have now posted at least 31  points  in their last five contests. As for Camden County, they will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Manteo  at 7:00  p.m.
