The Riverside Prep Silver Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 88-31 victory over University Prep on the road. That 57 points margin sets a new team best for Riverside Prep this season.
Raoul Churchill was his usual excellent self, scoring 41 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Keion Jordan, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.
Riverside Prep's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-14. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.7 points per game. As for University Prep, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.
Riverside Prep will be playing in front of their home fans against Hesperia Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Hesperia Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 30 on Wednesday. As for University Prep, they will head out on the road to take on Big Bear at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Big Bear presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than University Prep in California (Big Bear is ranked 721st, while University Prep is ranked 1449th).
