After two games on the road, Mount Pleasant is heading back home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Overbrook Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Hopefully Mount Pleasant is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Overbrook in their respective states (Mount Pleasant is ranked tenth in Delaware, while Overbrook is ranked 203rd in Pennsylvania).
Mount Pleasant scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They managed a 57-51 win over Conrad Science.
Meanwhile, Overbrook ended up a good deal behind Devon Prep on Wednesday and lost 62-43. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Overbrook has scored all season.
Mount Pleasant now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Overbrook, they bumped their record down to 2-3 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
