After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Carrollton, the Cartersville Hurricanes were happy to have found some success  on Tuesday. They blew past East Paulding 67-29 at home. The  matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached  45-16.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cartersville to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Kaytlin Arnold, who  scored 12 points along with 3  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ansley Griffin, who  scored 12 points along with 4  steals.
 Cartersville now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for East Paulding, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cartersville will  challenge Harrison at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for East Paulding, they will head out on the road to face off against North Paulding at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
