Buchholz and Richmond Hill pushed the score to 35-28 the last time they played Richmond Hill, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Bobcats never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 21-0 victory. The game marked the Bobcats' most dominant win of the season so far.

Buchholz got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Justin Williams out in front who picked up 81 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 58 yards and one touchdown on only five carries. Andrew Whittemore was another key signal caller, throwing for 168 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 90% of his passes.

The win was the third in a row for Buchholz, bringing their record up to 4-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.7 points over those games. As for Richmond Hill, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Buchholz will face off against Nease at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Bobcats' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Richmond Hill, they will take on Tift County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
