When it comes to explaining why Catawba Ridge lost, one person who can't be blamed is Davin Latimer. Despite the final result, he threw for 105 yards on 11 of 20 attempts.
It was another big night for Finley Polk, who threw for 303 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.6 yards per attempt. Another player making a difference was Daniel Caldwell, who picked up 115 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Catawba Ridge's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-9.
