The Villa Duchesne Saints will be playing at home against the Ursuline Academy Bears at 5:30 p.m. Villa Duchesne is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home dating back to last season.
Last Friday, Villa Duchesne came up short against Affton and fell 42-29.
Meanwhile, Ursuline Academy put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat St. Charles 73-23 on the road. Given Ursuline Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 55th, while St. Charles is ranked 318th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Villa Duchesne's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Ursuline Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.
