Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anniston). Everything went their way against the Talladega Tigers on Tuesday as they made off with a 17-1 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Caleb Ackles was a standout: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Dylan Goodson, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
