Penn Cambria extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Madelyn Kittell. Everything went the Panthers' way against Bishop Carroll on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Kittell, who had 34 assists. She has been hot for a while, having posted 18 or more assists the last ten times she's played.

While Penn Cambria won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Forest Hills entered their match against Richland on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rangers fell 3-1 to the Rams.

Forest Hills started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-20.

Penn Cambria's win bumped their record up to 14-8-1. As for Forest Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 21-5-2.
