Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Truman). They strolled past the Walton Wildcats with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 81-63. The victory was familiar territory for the Mustangs who have now won three matches in a row.

Truman's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Walton, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Truman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-60 loss against Bishop Loughlin on the 15th. Walton will take on Tuitt in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Walton is facing Tuitt at the right time seeing as Tuitt is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
