Julian Ornelas gave up the fewest hits he has since back in February on Wednesday. Nobody could stop him as he struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Even though Ornelas couldn't lead Immanuel over Kingsburg, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
