The Tolleson Wolverines won against the Cesar Chavez Champions last Friday with 42 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Tolleson blew past Cesar Chavez 42-8 at home. Considering Tolleson has won three contests by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Tolleson's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyeshon Howard, who rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Tagg Harrison, who threw for 162 yards and a touchdown.
The victory makes it two in a row for Tolleson and bumps their season record up to 3-7. As for Cesar Chavez, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Tolleson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cesar Chavez also has no future games currently scheduled.
