With a playoff game on the line, the Freedom Eagles rose to the challenge on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 50-7 win over the Bobcats on the road. Freedom's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Tristan Evans-Trujillo continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 209 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. Evans-Trujillo is absolutely dominating the passing touchdown category: he's posted at least three every time he's taken the field this season.
Freedom's victory bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Battlefield, their loss dropped their record down to 12-1.
Freedom will take on James Madison at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. James Madison is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Battlefield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
