Liberty has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Cleveland Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty will be strutting in after a win while Cleveland will be coming in after a loss.
Liberty posted their biggest victory yet this season on Friday. They put the hurt on Mounds with a sharp 35-10 victory. The victory was just what Liberty needed coming off of a 46-25 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, Cleveland's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 83-41 loss at the hands of Bristow. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cleveland in their matchups with Bristow: they've now lost three in a row.
Liberty's victory bumped their record up to 2-12. As for Cleveland, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.
