Rockville barely beat Canton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 11-1 win on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won five matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Rockville and bumps their season record up to 7-6. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Canton, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-8 record.

Looking ahead, Rockville will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Woodstock Academy at 11:00 a.m. As for Canton, they will venture away from home to square off against Northwestern Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
