Metcalfe County was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in 2A District 3. The Hornets vanquished Casey County 29-6 earlier in the week.
Metcalfe County made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,883 from 10,349. The improvement was the result of a 29-6 victory over the Rebels last week.
Glasgow's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Scotties feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ryan Hinkley has thrown for 841 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Milas Norris has 11 catches for 267 yards.

Rick Wood's team led the league in scoring this week by notching 48 points on the Dragons. Hinkley threw for 179 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 54 yards during the win.
