Ozona was handed a heart-breaking two-run  loss in their last  match, but they sure didn't let that happen against McCamey  on Thursday.  Mia Rodriguez was a  major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching three innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits. Rodriguez was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.

 In other batting news, Ozona got a  massive  performance out of  Monica Rodriguez, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  stolen bases and two  runs. Those  three  stolen bases gave  Rodriguez a new career-high.  Addison Badillo was another key player,  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Ozona was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .632. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McCamey only posted a  batting average of  .308.
Ozona's victory bumped their record up to 6-9-1. As for McCamey,  they are  on  a  13-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-14.
As of now, neither Ozona nor the Badgers have any future games scheduled.
