Edison moved up to 675 from 713 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Tri-City. The Vikings climbed the ranks as a result of a 39-16 win over the Vikings.
Edison made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,208 from 9,662. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 39-16 victory over Andre Horace's team last week.
Stagg's Wayne Brooks and Lester Williams have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Brooks has thrown for 1403 yards this season, while Williams, a 5-foot-5 receiver, has 24 catches for 682 yards. McNair's Jonathan Stark leads the league in rushing yards with 702.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when the Delta Kings take on the Vikings. Stagg's offense has scored 236 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Edison has allowed only 170 on the year.
A big matchup in Tri-City this week will be when Tokay takes on St. Mary's. The Tigers are currently in first, while the Rams are in fourth.
