Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ethan Moses and Carter Hall Lead Temple Christian Academy to Victory

Temple Christian Academy won the last time they faced Greenville Classical Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Temple Christian Academy Warriors managed a 70-65 win over the Greenville Classical Academy Lions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Temple Christian Academy was led to victory by Carter Hall and Ethan Moses. Hall dropped a double-double on 27 points and 14 boards, while Moses posted 18 points in addition to eight boards and six steals. Moses is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Eli Holbrook, who had seven points and five rebounds.

Temple Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Greenville Classical Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Temple Christian Academy and Anderson Christian will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Temple Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.8 points per game this season. As for Greenville Classical Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on International Community at 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
