Basketball Recap: Homeschool Resource Center Piles Up the Points Against Plum Creek Christian Academy

On Tuesday, the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots really took it to the Plum Creek Christian Academy Explorers for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-19 win. With the Patriots ahead 38-10 at the half, the game was all but over already.

It was another big night for Noel Green, who went 7 for 10 en route to 14 points along with seven assists and seven boards. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Aiden Colon, who posted seven points in addition to six rebounds and four steals.

HomeSchool Resource Center smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in March of 2024.

HomeSchool Resource Center's victory bumped their record up to 8-17. As for Plum Creek Christian Academy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-3.

HomeSchool Resource Center didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-31 win against Westlake Christian Academy on the 30th. Plum Creek Christian Academy has also already played their next match (against Steel City Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
