Mott's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Clintondale Dragons as they made off with a 17-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Marauders, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Blake Wright made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Wright was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lucas Wypiszewski, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. Anthony Carter was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run and one double.

Mott always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Mott is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.
