Coby King's Big Game Leads Greene County over Bay
Starting off the list is Greene County's Coby King, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. King threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns.
Bay's probably not too fond of King given he always seems to get the better of them. King rushed for 85 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 115 yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Tigers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Thanks in part to Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux, Pass Christian said goodbye to their three-game losing streak. Alexander-Dedeaux turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, rushing for 130 yards and three touchdowns.
Moss Point's probably not too fond of Alexander-Dedeaux given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Alexander-Dedeaux saw the Tigers), he rushed for 230 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.

Greene County Gets a Boost from Franks in 54-19 Win
The second Greene County player making an appearance here is Lakeus Franks, and for good reason. He rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown.
A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats challenges Moss Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Franks will face off against Alex Nettles, the Tigers' star RB. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Sydney Blackmon Turns in Season-Best Effort
Poplarville was led to victory by Sydney Blackmon, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Blackmon rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The win (which was Poplarville's third in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Blackmon and Poplarville will head out on the road to square off against Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Paris Trivillion Goes Supernova in Pass Christian Victory
Another Pass Christian player making an appearance on this list is Paris Trivillion. He threw for 209 yards and two touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
